Help us raise $10,000 to support the preservation of the museum's permanent exhibits and the award-winning model railroad clubs who design and maintain them all for you to enjoy.

Usher in the holiday season with a party that supports local arts and culture AND local businesses! Festivities include:

Beer tasting from some of San Diego’s best breweries

Wear your most abundantly adorned, cheesy, and downright hideous holiday sweater for a chance to win a prize

All museum model train exhibits will be running for guests to experience

PLUS live music, amazing raffle drawing opportunities, food, and more!

Remember, Ales N’ Rails is an ages 21+ up event ONLY!

Don’t Drink and Drive! The San Diego Model Railroad Museum wants you to have a good time at Ales N’ Rails, but also wants you to get home safely and responsibly. SDMRM encourages all events attendees to make sure they have a designated driver or utilize ride share services to get to and from Ales N’ Rails.
