Refund Policy
We do not offer admissions refunds.  If you are unsure of your plans, we recommend purchasing tickets at the door.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are only valid on the date for which they were purchased.  If you are unsure of your plans, we recommend purchasing tickets at the door.
Item Transfer Policy
Tickets are not transferrable.
Age Restriction

All children under 15 years, must be fully supervised by their adult while in the building.  The ratio of minors to (paid) adults cannot exceed 6:1.

Miscellaneous Policies
Strollers are welcome at the museum if you intend to actively use them.  Stroller parking is available in the lobby just OUTSIDE the museum.  Please do not park strollers, scooters or other obstructions inside the museum.
