If for any reason it looks like tickets are not available during our posted operating hours, please call our Gift Shop at (619) 320-4781 for assistance. Tickets are also available at the door. (As of the time of this posting, we've never completely "sold out" outside of a special event.)

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied and fully supervised by a legal adult. Ratio of minors to adults cannot exceed 6:1. (You must have one paid adult present for every 6 persons under 15. Thank you for your understanding.)

Tickets are not transferrable.

Age Restriction

All children under 15 years, must be fully supervised by their adult while in the building. The ratio of minors to (paid) adults cannot exceed 6:1.

Miscellaneous Policies

Strollers are welcome at the museum if you intend to actively use them. Stroller parking is available in the lobby just OUTSIDE the museum. Please do not park strollers, scooters or other obstructions inside the museum.
